At present where 14000 Students are enrolled in Jamia, serving food to 14000 students three times a day is a big challenge and to maintain hygiene is even more difficult task. Jamia is in dire need of a state of the art kitchen where it can prepare food and serve it in less time with less manpower and can maintain cleanliness and hygiene. The ultra modern kitchen will reduce the time for meal preparation for 15,0000 students to an hour. Food serving time will also be cut down to an hour The dining hall has been designed to cater various activities apart from dining, it will accommodate minimum 5,000 students at the time of eating and 15,000 at the time of cultural events and educational activities.
Jamia Islamia Ishaatul Uloom was established in the year 1980 with just 6 student and 1 teacher at a tiny room of a small town called Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district. In 38 years of its existence, Jamia has achieved what its founder Sheikh Gulam Mohammad Vastanvi had not even imagined.
At the time of its establishment, this 100+ acres campus houses Institutions from Primary Schools till Post Graduations & Islamic as well Modern System Education.

As of now Jamia has 3 Dining halls, where 3000 students are served food at a time, it takes 5 turns and approximately 3 hours to serve food to all students, lunch begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM while dinner starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM the kitchen is busy almost ’round the clock while the dining halls are occupied eight hours a day. Jamia is in dire need of a state of the art kitchen where it can prepare food and serve it in less time with less manpower and can maintain cleanliness and hygiene. For this purpose Jamia has hired a Professional company from Mumbai for the construction of a huge dining hall and a modern kitchen. The structure and the kitchen have been designed by the best of experts in the respective fields after thorough study of the requirments of Jamia. This will be one of the Largest Kitchen in the campus of an educational institution in the entire Country. The total area of the land used in this project is about 13,225 square meter. The ultra modern kitchen will reduce the time for meal preparation for 15,0000 students to an hour. Food serving time will also be cut down to an hour The dining hall has been designed to cater various activities apart from dining, it will accommodate minimum 5,000 students at the time of eating and 15,000 at the time of cultural events and educational activities. The total cost of this project is estimated to be 3.75 million US dollars.
